User friendly, top-mounted controls provide clear readability, preventing damage and simplifying cleaning of the Metro C593L-SFS-U. A low temperature alarm assure you the cabinet is always at the desired temperature, while a low water alarm indicates when water is needed.
This holding cabinet quickly heats to temperatures ranging from 70 to 200 degrees so food never has a chance to cool off. The full perimeter, 1" thick, high-density insulation ensures no heat is lost or wasted.
For excellent maneuverability, it comes with (4) 3" rubber casters. Each holding cabinet is made from type 304 stainless steel with a 20-gauge polished exterior and 22-gauge interior.
