Whether it's a delicate wine glass or a grimy pot, the Hobart high temperature door-style base electric dishwasher can clean them all. This dishwasher comes standard with a Sense-A-Temp 70 degree rise, 7.1 kW booster heater to get rinse water up to the necessary temperature to sanitize your dishes. A high temperature unit like this one can be especially helpful for times when you need to reduce the amount of money you spend on chemicals or are concerned about residue from chemical sanitizers affecting the taste of your sensitive foods or beverages.

This dishwasher comes equipped with four different wash cycles so that you can adjust the wash time based on how soiled your dishes are. The cycles are 1, 2, 4, and 6 minutes long, to make sure that all your pots and pans, kitchen tools, dishware, glassware, and flatware comes out totally clean the first time it is washed. A door-actuated start, and self-draining stainless steel pump and impeller make it faster and simpler for employees to operate this dish machine. The pillarless design makes loading, unloading, and cleaning much simpler with fewer obstacles. It is also equipped with touch-pad controls that are simple for operators to access and use.

For optimal convenience and efficiency, this dishwasher is compatible with the SmartConnect app that remotely gives you machine status, error code reporting, temperature logs, and usage analysis. This ensures that your machine is running both adequately and economically. This model uses only 0.67 gallons of water per rack, less than many other door-type dishwashers on the market. This unit can handle up to 60 racks per hour and requires a 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
