Taylor C002 Premium Dessert Freezer for Frozen Custard and Sorbet

Features

Offers premium frozen custard, low overrun ice cream, or sorbet in two separate flavors
Quiet operation with high capacity
Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 41 degrees F
Product chute ribbon of frozen product flows down chute to separate dipping cabinet
Mix flow regulator - easy to read markings allow operator to dial in the correct amount of mix flowing into freezing cylinder for proper consistency. Adjusts for operation from the front, back, or side, depending on space requirements.
Two dedicated electrical connections are required. See the Electrical chart for the proper electrical requirements. Manufactured to be permanently connected.
Minimum 3” (76 mm) around all sides and 12” (305 mm) on top. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance.
